The Association for Participatory Democracy ADEPT organised the 3^rd module of the Regional Leadership School for Young Political Leaders (RLSYPL) in Cahul on November 12, 2011. Accordingly to agenda, invitees of the meeting were ADEPT executive director Igor Botan, PRIME TV reporter Mihaela Gherasim, and communication expert Gheorghe Caraseni.

The three invitees tackled challenging topics and young participants were responsive. Attendants of the school participated actively in discussions and debates on hot issues on Moldova after presentations by experts.

The Regional Leadership School for Young Political Leaders is a project implemented by the Association for Participatory Democracy (ADEPT) which addresses representatives of young wings of social-political parties and movements from the regions North (Balti), South (Cahul) and ATU Gagauzia (Comrat) of the Republic of Moldova. RLSYPL includes 5 modules which particularly focus on Moldovan system of social-political parties and movements, as well as elections in our country.
