ADEPT | Gagauzia 2016 | Presidential 2016 | Elections 2015 | Bashkan 2015 | Gagauzia 2012 | Political Parties
The 3rd December will try again our political maturity and civic responsibility. But the current elections are not a simple confirmation of a new Governor of the autonomy for the next four years. This is a choice of own destiny. The result will not be the victory of a candidate, but our tomorrow, the future of our children and grandchildren. That’s why everybody has an unusually high responsibility.
Our autonomy has become disparate in the past years; it has split on authority of politicians, battle of opposition an individual survival of people. The economy is slowly developing, jobs are insufficient. Most people have to quit their families in order to earn for living. And youths often do not come back, using their forces and skills in other countries.
I know the difficulties and worries of elder generation, which experiences loneliness and fear for tomorrow, suffering from chronic diseases or lacking money to pay for communal services. I also understand the worries of everybody over change of relations of former friend Russia with our country and deterioration of economic ties.
I also understand the worries of representatives of patriotic forces of the autonomy, fearing to lose the integrity and independence of Moldova.
I was born and I am working in Gagauzia. My parents were buried here. I am a Gagauz, I would like to remain so in our Homeland.
The fear and worry for future of my land, ethic duty in front of public, of my people, moral responsibility for everything I have done until now as a teacher, headmaster, directorate chief, member of the People’s Assembly, mayor of the capital of the autonomy, challenged me to give green light to a proposal of elder generation representatives of Comrat, patriots of Gagauzia, public and youth associations to stand as a candidate for the post of Bashkan.
Strengthening economic and political development of the Gagauz autonomy, contribution to maintenance of integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova in strict compliance with the Law on legal status of Gagauzia (Gagauz Yeri) including the right of Gagauzia to self-determination, if the republic loses sovereignty; regulating mutual relations with all structures of the power, reviving friendship, cooperation and former commercial, economic and cultural relations with Russia, establishing direct and reciprocal relations with Turkey, European and other countries; ensuring favourable conditions to attract internal and external investments in economy of the autonomy, extending industrial, scientific and cultural potential; creating real social guarantees capable to ensure a normal life to people, creating new jobs; protecting small and medium business, amending the tax-budget policy, implementing programmes on settlement of crisis faced by agricultural producers, new youth policy; supporting talents of Gagauzia, freedom of expression and mass media, etc.
I participate in elections as an independent candidate, without support of parties, blocs, alliances, relying on confidence of my electors only. It is harder to hold pre-electoral campaign this way. But if I am elected, I will be grateful to you only. Gagauzia needs a man who depends and serves its people. I want to become such a Bashkan.
Dear electors! Our autonomy is at a crossroad today: either to continue falling in the abyss of losses, worries and incertitude for tomorrow or to break toward civic agreement, solidarity and creation. We must go ahead!
Joining the pre-electoral race, I invited you to unite our forces. We will be able to defeat all difficulties and to ensure a safe future to Gagauzia together.
N. Dudoglo
With trust for Gagauz people.

With love for Gagauzia.
