- 1996–2003 — lawyer at the Tax Inspection in Ciadir-Lunga city;
- 2003–2005 — Head of Legal Department of the Executive Committee of Gagauzia (Gagauz Yeri);
- 2005–2010 — Member of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 16–18th convocations;
- Lecturer at Comrat State University and Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Moldova;
- First Secretary of the PCRM territorial branch in Comrat municipality.
