The budget for the first round of elections of the Bashkan of Gagauzia has been approved
About MDL 1.5 million is the total amount of expenses for the first round of elections of the Governor of Gagauzia. The budget has been approved by the People’s Assembly at a special meeting.
Overall, MDL 2 million has been provided in the budget for the elections of the Bashkan, considering the possibility of a second round. The first round of elections will take place on 22 March, and the second, if necessary, on 5 April. // publika.md

Igor Croitor excluded from the PSRM
Igor Croitor, former chairman of the territorial organization of the Party of Socialists (PSRM) in Gagauzia, has been excluded from the party. The decision was made on 17 February at a meeting of the party’s Republican Council. The decision to exclude him from the party had been supported and approved unanimously.
