Gheorghe Sima demands the suspension of publication of Patria-Rodina-Ravnopravye
Candidate Gheorghe Sima appealed the CECC, demanding the suspension of publication of Patria-Rodina-Ravnopravye, which “discriminates the candidates to the Chisinau mayor post and undermines the interethnic relations in capital and country”. CECC decided to deliver Sima’s appeal to the Prosecutor-General’s Office. The council considered the complaint of a citizen from Chisinau, who contested the violation of public order by advertising agents of competitor Dumitru Braghis. CECC turned down the complaint, saying that no violation was committed in the case concerned. (By Info-Prim)
