Olga Nicolenco, representative of Social Liberal Party (SLP) has submitted the documents for registration as candidate for the function of general mayor of Chisinau. Mrs. Nicolenco is the chairperson of the Chisinau municipal branch of SLP and will participate for the first time in the elections for the position of mayor.

Oleg Cernei has repeatedly submitted the documents for being registered as candidate for Chisinau mayoralty as representative of Ecologist party “Green Alliance”. Initially, the municipal electoral council refused his registration on the ground that the submitted documents were incorrectly fill in.
