Mircea Rusu, the candidate of Our Moldova Alliance, declared its withdrawal from the competition in the repeated elections for the position of general mayor of Chisinau city. He did not inform what were the reasons for such a decision, but mentioned that it’s based on the decision of the party he represented.

OMA avoid mentioning if it intend to support any other candidate remained in the electoral competition.
