Electoral program of the candidate for General Mayor of Chisinau Ion Mereuta

1. Only together we will renovate and build cultural centres, stadiums and playgrounds in all districts of the capital.
2. Only together we will implement the programme “Clean water in every house” by installing a modern drinkable water filter in every dwelling block for free.
3. Only together we will build the new district of the city “Accessible residences for every family”!
4. Only together:
- We will create 45,000 new jobs for a 3,500-leu salary;
- We will increase the minimum pension up to 1,700 lei;
We will establish a minimum salary of 2,000 lei in the Chisinau municipality for all fields of activity.
5. Only together we will implement the programmes “Life in a clean city” and “Green city” for sanitation of streets and massive greening of the capital.
6. Only together we will develop friendship relations with neighbouring countries: Ukraine, Romania and Russia, and with the European Union.
7. Only together we will buy comfortable buses, trolleys and minibuses for public passenger transportation and will demand a high service of passengers.
8. Only together we will get rid of bureaucratic functionaries of the City Hall and Praetor’s Offices who do not want to work for the benefit of Chisinau residents and for the future of the capital. The City Hall functionaries will report their work every year. The City Hall is the place to give answers and solutions to every question of every resident of Chisinau.
9. Only together we will renew the communal housing administration. We will lower the cost of communal services and will improve them:
- We will repair the roofs, undergrounds and stairs of blocks;
- We will create a round o’clock service to urgently repair the communication system. Only one call will solve your problem!
10. Only together we will build roads with a five-year guarantee, we will modernise all healthcare centres, we will illuminate every street, we will build a waste processing plant and we will modernise the residual water filtering station!
