Repairing municipal roads by using transborder investment funds administrated by and via Romania. Building beltways to minimise the pollution of the city with noxious substances.
Promoting the European District programme on repairing of old districts, illumination of streets and stairs of blocks.
Modernising and changing the water pipes, providing drinkable water by implementing molecular water filtering methods.
Providing heating at the highest standards. Providing hot water all the year.
Providing free transportation through the city and republic to students, retirees, invalids and other socially disadvantaged categories.
Implementing the ecological project EcoEurope which aims to install approximately five water and air cleaning stations in Chisinau, as well as to process the waste that cannot be used as raw material for heating or fertilisers, minimising the expenditures of consumers this way.
Installing wind stations to produce electricity for the Chisinau city which would be by 20 percent cheaper than the consumption paid by consumers at present.

Attracting foreign investments in food industry as practical solutions to employ more than 20,000 job seekers with professional specialties.
Helping youths to gain international experience and practice by promoting projects of the Local Public Administration as a need to improve the administrative system and employ youths on priority fields.
Privileging intellectuals by paying them merit salaries and pensions from budget of Local Public Administration.

Providing municipal operators with last-generation transportation to carry passengers.
Creating a night transportation network covering all routes in Chisinau to carry round o’clock the people who work on night.

The Public Order will correspond to European standards. The mobile services of Public Patrol will be minimised and modern supervising systems will replace the Traffic Patrol, so that the traffic corruption will be reduced and motorists will be protected against bribery. Pedestrians will be able to demonstrate the guilt of undisciplined motorists.
We will create municipal mobile police patrols to protect the rights of citizens.

The National Liberal Party will ensure the access of all young families to the municipal mortgage system.

Creating Municipal Funds to support potential young couples, awarding them subsidies for wedding, and other expenditures of youths.

Crediting youths from transborder funds. Accessible crediting is a priority field in the local governing policy of the National Liberal Party. Every youth building or starting up a business will obtain a credit worth between 500 and 20,000 Euros to develop their business. These credits will be primarily and unconditionally released for one year as a grace period and the beneficiary will start reimbursing the credit by paying 0.4 percent a year.

Every young family leaves for other countries for 5–7 years to buy an apartment. This fact damages the local economy, the loss of qualified young specialists, who may have a bigger production potential than other social categories, minimises the domestic production that may raise incomes to the municipal fund in order to be directed on field of activity. This project aims to finance half of the cost of every apartment for young families, who pay the remaining amount of the building cost within 10 years.
