The leader of “Partidul Nostru (Our Party)”, Renato Usatii, submitted documents to the Electoral Council of Electoral District (ECED) no. 2 of Balti municipality in order to be registered as a candidate for the office of Balti municipality mayor. At a press conference, the chairman of the “Democraţia Acasă (Democracy at Home)” political party, Vasile Costiuc, announced that his party withdrew from the “Platforma Populară Europeană din Moldova (European People’s Platform of Moldova) — Iurie Leancă” electoral bloc.
