The candidate presented his priorities for the future term as councilor: “My priority will consist in ensuring organized, civilized trade, so that the over 40 food and industrial markets in the capital have places for all persons who are currently selling goods in the streets, in order that they be able to do it in a civilized manner. The second priority is the housing and public utilities reform. We still have old building administrator offices. No investor will come to invest into the heating of apartment buildings if we have no legal form of residents’ associations,” Oleg Cernei said.
