The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) announced that by 13 June 2015, including, applications can be filed for voting at the place of stay. According to electoral legislation, the voters who, for health or other good reasons, are unable to come to the voting place can ask their electoral bureau for voting with a mobile ballot box. Applications shall be made in writing, beginning 2 weeks before voting day and up to 18.00 of the day before voting. On voting day, applications can be made in writing before 15.00 if a medical certificate is presented. Only persons with vision disabilities can file applications for voting at the place of stay in oral form, too. // CEC
