According to a press release from the CEC, three candidates for the President of the Republic of Moldova have applied for registration of their initiative groups to support Mihai Corj — individual applicant; Marian Lupu — the candidate nominated by PDM and Artur Croitor — individual applicant. Within three days from the receipt of the documents submitted, the Central Electoral Commission will verify their correctness and will decide on registration or refusal of registration of initiative groups.The period for submitting applications for registration of initiative groups to support candidates for President of Moldova will end on 9 September.
