The PAS candidate for President, Maia Sandu, said that if the candidate of the power parties will win presidential elections this means that the elections were rigged. According to PAS president, Igor Dodon and Iurie Leanca are the “convenient opposition” candidates. “Igor Dodon has chances to win the elections because a good part of the electorate thinks he wants the best for the people. But Dodon is Plahotniuc’s man, he is not independent. Dodon has problems with the justice, and the justice is controlled by Plahotniuc. And Iurie Leanca is a candidate supported by Plahotniuc. He does not understand that one can not make European integration with a corrupt government”, said Sandu. // IPN
