IV. Control of the activities of parties and other socio-political organizations
Article 27 (21): Supervision and control of the activities of parties and other socio- political organizations
Fiscal authorities oversee the sources of income of the parties and other socio-political organizations, quantum of received funds, and whether they observe fiscal laws.

Ministry of Justice shall oversee whether parties and other socio-political organizations observe the bylaws provisions. Its representatives may be present during any events conducted by parties and other socio-political organizations and may request any necessary documents and explanations.

In cases when the Ministry of Justice finds that in conducting its activity the party or socio-political organization violates the bylaws and legislation, it warns in written form the governing bodies asking them to exclude such practices within the established period of time.

Prosecution shall oversee political party or socio-political organization's compliance with the current legislation.

Article 28 (22): The responsibility of the parties and other socio-political organizations
The parties and other socio-political organization which prejudices by its illegal action the interests of the state, legal and natural entities, must compensate the damaged parties for their losses, out of its own sources, in accordance with the law.
