VI. Final Provisions
Article 34 (27): The right to have international connections
According to their bylaws and to the provisions of this Law, parties and other socio-political organizations have the right to enter into international associations, to have direct links and international connections, and to sign agreements.
Article 35 (28): Application of the norms of international treaties
In the case that an international treaty signed by the Republic of Moldova contains provisions which run counter to this Law, then the norms of the treaty are to be applied.
