Governing and Democracy
The biannual analytical and synthesis review "Governing and Democracy" is a new product of the Association for Participatory Democracy ADEPT launched in 2008 and targeted to the general public, policy-makers, stakeholders, international organisations, NGOs etc. The review is aimed to enhance the government transparency and information on major social-political developments in the Republic of Moldova. The review is published with the financial support of the Budapest-based Open Society Institute (The Think Tank Fund).
In 2009, ADEPT Association launched a special edition of the review – "Governing and Democracy: European Perspectives" which aims to inform the general public in an accessible but at the same time analytical language, about major developments in the foreign policies of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union, which are relevant in the context of Moldova’s European integration. The special edition is published within the project "EU-Moldova Relations – Monitoring progress within the framework of the Eastern Partnership", funded by the Soros Foundation-Moldova.
